The P&F KFD0-TR-Ex1 is a single-channel, loop-powered RTD converter designed for intrinsic safety applications. It accepts 2- or 3-wire Pt100 RTDs from hazardous areas and outputs a temperature-linear 4 … 20 mA signal to the safe area. With DIP switch-configurable ranges, sensor breakage detection, and selectable linearization up to 375 °C, the device offers flexibility and simplicity for field installations.
