Return Policy
- Eligibility: All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to approval by Drive Outlet Megastore. We reserve the right to decline return requests, particularly for items that have been powered, installed, or are no longer in factory condition.
- Authorisation Required: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. To request a return, email [email protected] or call 0161 841 8814 (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM GMT), quoting your order number and reason for return.
- Return Window: Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Late requests will not be considered.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns, unless the return is due to a proven fault or error on our part.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Items that have been installed or had power applied
- Products not in original condition or packaging
- Custom-ordered or discontinued items
Refunds
- Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be received in unused, uninstalled condition with original packaging intact.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds apply to the product cost only; original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Timing: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping & Handling
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error by Drive Outlet Megastore.
- Responsibility: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. Drive Outlet Megastore is not liable for loss or damage of returned goods in transit.
Final Notes
All goods sold by Drive Outlet Megastore are brand-new OEM products and sold as-is under our standard independent sourcing terms. We do not offer warranties beyond our 2-year store-backed guarantee unless stated otherwise.
