The Beckhoff CX2030-0125 is a high-performance Embedded PC designed for advanced automation and motion control in industrial environments. Powered by a 1.5 GHz Intel® Core™ i7 dual-core processor, this fanless controller delivers exceptional processing capabilities while maintaining a compact, robust design with no moving parts.

Equipped with 2 GB DDR3 RAM (expandable to 4 GB ex factory), a 20 GB or 40 GB CFast flash memory card, and 128 kB NOVRAM for critical data retention, the CX2030-0125 offers reliable system integrity even in the absence of a UPS. It includes dual Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, four USB 2.0 ports, a DVI-I output, and supports optional fieldbus or serial connectivity.

Up to four PCI Express® expansion modules can be added for system scalability. The CX2030 supports TwinCAT 2 and TwinCAT 3 runtimes and is compatible with Windows Embedded, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB, and TwinCAT/BSD. This unit is ideally suited for high-speed control, visualisation, and interpolated motion tasks such as 3D path control using TwinCAT NC I.
