Beckhoff EL1804 EtherCAT Terminal

The Beckhoff EL1804 is a compact 4-channel digital input EtherCAT Terminal designed to capture 24 V DC binary signals from sensors or control devices and transmit them to the automation controller with electrical isolation. It supports 3-wire connections, providing +24 V and 0 V sensor supply directly from the terminal, simplifying field wiring.

With a 3 ms input filter, the EL1804 effectively suppresses signal bouncing from mechanical switches, ensuring clean and reliable input detection. Each channel status is visibly indicated by integrated LEDs, and its high-density terminal housing enables compact DIN rail installations.
